Jatuh hati ngan kesedapan Creamy Buttermilk ni... kalo buat ni suka letak sos dia byk2... baru layannnn.. 1st time makan dekat Theory.. tapi dorang buat dgn nasi... NO NO NO... FATTTT!! hahahaha... saya suka fettuccine daripada spegeti... Biasa laa kalo makan kat restoren mana2 pun mesti tak puasss kan... ok balek gugelll... buat sendiri je..<br />

1. Mentega<br />
2. Fresh milk/susu cair pun bole (tapi saya x try lagi...cam pelik pulak kang hehehe)<br />
3. Daun Kari (wajibbbb baru laaa ummpphhhh!!)<br />
4. Kiub ayam<br />
5. Tepung jagung sikit untuk bagi kuah pekat - tak buh pun takpe<br />
6. Bawang putih (dihiris halus/dadu)<br />
7. Cili api potong2 <br />

<b>Cara:</b><br />
Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih tadi, masukan kiub ayam, daun kari, cili yg di potong2...masak sekejap. Kemudian masukan susu tadi..kacau...last masukkan tepung jagung sket (bancuh dgn air dulu...masuk sikit2 tau ikut nak pekat mana...jgn pekat sangat..nt tak sedap)<br />

1. Isi ayam potong kecil2 (so layannnnnnn tak yah nk gigit2 tulangg...hehehe...)<br />

Cara:<br />
Panaskan minyak sikit, tumis bawang putih hingga naik bau. Masukan cendawan, isi ayam atau udang (boleh tambah ikut suka) - tak buh pun takpe - saya letak chicken slice. Masukan kiub ayam dan blackpepper. Lepas tu masukan susu dan tepung gandum tadi. Last sekali masukkan cheese. Kacau jgn tak kacau yer.. nt ketul2 plak kang... OK SIAP!!!<br />

Biji Chia mempunyai kandungan Omega-3 yang tertinggi, setiap 100g biji Chia mengandungi 19.3g Omega-3. Selain itu, biji Chia juga mengandungi kalsium, kuprum, magnesium, kalium, besi, zink dan fosforus yang amat diperlukan oleh badan manusia.</div>
