Sahur:
1. yogurt
2. Nasi goreng cina 5 sudu
4. Air MIneral 1 liter
5. Fiber Drink (catalyst)


Buka Puasa:
1. Mihun goreng 1 pnggan+telur mata
2. Air suam 1 liter
3. Detox tea 1 liter


9.30pm: JM Workout (level 2) - 26 minit: 283 calories burned!!!
