Ahad: hari ni malas nak hiking kat bukit.... g jogging je kat tmn bukit jalil....janji bukitt kannn...blasahhh... jogging/jlan laju2 30minit non stop..... pastu balik....
Lunch: hotdog+sos cendawan prego
