- b/fast: mihun goreng 5 sudu+sambal kerang (hubby belikan...wuhuhu...siap pujuk2 suh mkn gak...alahaiii...takpe2....makan atkins ke lauttt ye...)
- Lunch....yileksss.....kenyang lg
- Dinner: rebus hotdog ayam ramli 3 ketul+telur 1 biji
- Workout:.... dari pagi kemas rumah sampai petang......sampai lencun2 baju.....

- B/fast: mihun+mee goreng 5 sudu+sayur lontong+telur goreng
pastu terus g panjat bukit gasing ngan hubby...
- Lunch: roti wholemeal+telur+ cheese
- Dinner: chef's salad Papa John Pizza + air mineral
sedappppp.....RM11.90...huhuhu...
esokk sesi timbang berat.....takotzzzzz.....
INsyaallah pagi2 saya upload result yek....
