setelah ku study2 berhari harian dok ngadap tenet....akhirnya ketemui jalan ini....hehehe...

b/fast:
1. telur rebus sebiji+paper sket+mayonis 1/2 sudu teh
2. air 1.2 liter ( haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hambekkkk berlari-larian laaa cr toilet nt..hahaha)
lunch:
1. ayam golek
2. air mineral 1.2 liter
in between....tambah lg 1.2 liter air....
dinner:(cadangan)
1. salad+telur rebus
2. air 600ml
workouts?... tungguuu tgh fikir nie.... hehe
