Lunch:
1.ikan msk sambal 1 ekor + sayur bayam
2. air mineral 1 liter
dinner:
1. ayam tenpayaki + togeh
2. green tea
3. air mineral 700ml
ni menu dinner smlm...
ni menu hubby... dia pun teringinnn gakk nk diet..
