1. Ayam goreng 1 ketul+paru +sayur kacang
2. air 1.2 liter
Lunch:
1. salad+telur rebus melatop...hahahaha... pdn muke telur meletop dlm microwave...ahakss
2. air mineral 1.2 liter
in between: air 1 liter
Dinner:
1. Ikan bakar + ayam goreng seketul share wif hubby
2. air mineral 500ml
