Diari Diet Ramadhan: Day 2

Sahur:
1. Fiber Drink (catalyst)
2. air suam 1 liter
3. yogurt

Buka Puasa:
1. Ikan cencaru+brokoli+tomato= Grilllll
2. Telur Dadar+tuna
3. Sambal ikan bilis+kentang
4. Detox Tea
5. Air suam 2 gelas jekkkk..... pastuuuu terus pengsannnnnnnnnnnnnnn.......


Workout: nannn hadooo.... hidunggg ku sempoiittttttttttttttttttttt sesempoittt nyerrrrrrrrrr..... guling2 atas katill dgn berpeluh2 nyerr... haa kannn takyah workout dah terbako lemakss... dok depan PC lagikk laaaaaaaaaaa mencurah peloh... pastu bersinnn... lg tensenn... last2 masuk bilikk gak on ekonnnn.... golekk2....tidoooooooo!!
