Diari Diet Ramadhan: Day 9

Sahur:
1. Air mineral 500ml

Buka Puasa:
1. 1 mug air coklat panas
2. 1/2 ketul ikan pari asam pedas
3. 3 keping roti wholemeal
4. 1 liter air mineral

Workout: JM Level 2= 30 minit
