Diet 2011: Day 10 - 11

Day 10:


B/Fast:
1. air suam+lemon+sekeping tori wholemeal
2. mihun goreng 1/2
3. air mineral 1.2 liter

Lunch:
1. Ikan bakar+sup cendawan
2. air mineral 1.2 liter

Dinner:
1. buah epal 1 biji
2. air mineral 500ml


WORKOUT: nan adO!!

Day 11:
berat masih samaaaa 83.5kg.... ishkkk3... maybe sebab period kot... hahahaha



B/Fast:
1. mihun goreng+telur goreng
2. air mineral 1.2 liter

Lunch:
1. pau kacang 1 ketul
2.jambu batu
3. air mineral 1.2 liter

Dinner:
1. apam balik 1 ketul+kacang + hati ayam goreng 2 ketul (from pasar malam wif lap...hihihi)
2. air mineral 500ml


WORKOUT: nan adO!!
