Diet 2011: Day 6-7

Day 6


B/Fast:
1. air suam+lemon+ roti bun
2. air mineral 500ml
3. Epal hijau 1 biji

WORKOUT: Jogging @Taman BUkit Jalil (7.00-8.30 am)
- air mineral 500ml

Lunch:
1. air 500ml
2. keropok lekor 5 ketul


Dinner:
1. sup sayur
2. ayam masak merah
3. air 500 ml


DAy 7:


B/fast:
1. air mineral 500ml
2. roti wholemeal 2 keping

WORKOUT: Jogging @Stadium sg besar (7.00-8.30 am)


Lunch:
1. air 500ml
2. ikan keli bakar+sayur
3. epal merah 1 bj
4. air mineral 500ml


Dinner:
1. cucur udang 
2. air 500 ml
