Diet 2011: Day 13 - 14

Day 13:


B/Fast:
1. roti whoelmeal 2 keping+epal hijau+oren 1 biji
2. air mineral 1liter

WORKOUT: Jogging 1 jam

Lunch:
1. ikan keli sambal 1 ekor+ sayur sawi
2. limau panas 1 gelas
3. air mineral 500ml

Dinner:
1. burger A&W.. makan ayam jek.. roti tak mkn...
2. air mineral 500ml


Day: 14

b/Fast:
1. Mihun+kuetiaw+limau panas 1 gelas
2. air mineral 500ml

WORKOUT: hiking @ FRIM..9am - 12.pm

Lunch:
1. kuetiaw sup
2. air barli panas 1 gelas
3. oren 1 biji
4. air mineral 500ml

Dinner:
1. sontam+kuih 4 ketul kot....+puding caremel sekeping
2. air teh O panas
3. air mineral 500ml


berat still menten tak turun2... huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
