1. mihun goreng + ayam goreng + telur goreng
2. air 1.5 liter
Lunch:
1. 3 biji karipap + donat + mangga + betik
2. air mineral 1 liter
Dinner:
1. Roti telur wholemeal 2 keping+1 keping burger ayam
2. air 500ml
WORKOUT: tak do... hahaha
Day 2 (3 Days Detox: day 1)
*pagi tadi timbang....huwaaaa stilll menten 84.4Kg....
B/fast:
1. 1 gelas besar air suam+1/2 bj lemon
2. 1 keping roti wholemeal+jem bluberi low fat
3. 2 gelas air minral (500ml)
4. 10 pagi: 1 biji epal merah
5. 2 gelas air mineral (500ml)
Lunch:
1. air mineral 2 gelas (500ml)
2. epal merah 2 biji (hahaha lapaqqq)
3. air mineral 1 liter.... hadoiiiiii...nak kai pamperss ahh... hahahaha
Dinner:
1. brokoli+carrot (rebus)
2. air mineral 500ml
WORKOUT: 30 minit
