pagi tadi timbang lagikkkk....hahahaha...turun lg 300gm... wokay laa tu... ishkk kalo tak mkn spgeti semangkok smlm sure byk turun kot..:P

B/fast:
1. air suam+lemon+sekeping roti wholemeal+jem bluberi
2. air mineral 500ml
3. 2 ketul kuih
4. air mineral 1 liter
Lunch:
1. 1 biji epal hijau/kerabu sayur
2. air mineral 500ml - 1 liter
Dinner: ini sudah tukarrrrr hahahahaa.....
1. cereal+roti wholemeal (1 keping)
2. buah
3. air mineral 500ml
Dinner:
1. roti bOm 1 keping (huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa kantoi)
2. hayam goreng 1/2 jek
