Lunch:
1. 2 biji telur rebus
2. salad
3. tuna
4. tomato
5. air mineral


Dinner:
taktau lg... huhuhu... mungkin nak makan buah plak

Workout: (amek dlm majalah...huhuhu)
1. Bent-Over Row 20x
2. Overhead Press 20x
3. Balance 20x
